- Acceptance of this tender is by official Purchase Order (P/O) only.
- All prices stated are excluding VAT.
- First order is on a pro forma basis after that credit facilities may be available.
- Any changes after acceptance of the p/o may result in ICEE re-tendering the services.
- Pricing includes project management and back-office support.
- On award of contract a dedicated project manager will be assigned for the duration of project
- Programme of works to be agreed.
- Joint meeting to be held prior to project commencement date monthly meetings to be agreed thereafter.
- All site activities to be agreed with the Project Manager only.
- Access arrangements – ICEE will arrange site access based on the customer information, if access is declined due to the supplied information ICEE reserve the right to pass on any incurred costs.
- All electrical installations will be NICEIC certificated.
- All aborted/cancellation fees with limited notice for site works including, ad hock works requested outside of this agreement the following fees will apply:
- On the day 100% cost of the activity
- 24hrs or less notice 75% cost of the activity
- 48hrs or less notice 50% cost of the activity
- 72hrs or less notice 25% cost of the activity
- All aborts/cancellations shall be backed up via email with a brief description.
