How quickly can I get support?

We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, with urgent issues prioritised to minimise disruption.

How does my charger warranty work?

For Domestic Installations of the Rolec EVO, you have a 5-Year Warranty on the physical unit. This warranty is managed by Rolec Ltd| Ralphs Lane, Boston, Lincolnshire PE20 1QU, and tickets need to be raised via them.

For the physical installation, ICEE-EV offers a one-year warranty of the installation. For issues with your installaiton, please submit an ICEE-EV support ticket.

Do you offer on-site support visits?

All on-site visits are chargeable unless deemed an extenuating circumstance by our support team. Any visits outside the warranty period are chargeable.

Do you offer support for both home and commercial chargers?

Yes, we provide support for everything from single home chargers to larger commercial and multi-site installations.
