Warranty & Repairs

Please see guidance for warranty & repairs.

Warranty

Warranty is offered in two different ways. Warranty for the physical installation of your EV Charger, including all electrical works, and then warranty for the physical charger units. All EV chargers are supplied with a manufacturer warranty provided by Rolec. If you experience a fault or issue with the charger unit itself, please contact Rolec directly for warranty support, repair or replacement guidance. When contacting Rolec, please provide your charger serial number, installation date and a brief description of the issue so their support team can assess the fault. If your issue relates specifically to the installation rather than the charger product, please contact ICEE-EV and our team will review this separately. The warranty period begins from the date of installation. Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty does not extend the original warranty period. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Repairs Outside of Warranty

If your charger issue falls outside of the manufacturer warranty, or the fault is not covered under Rolec’s warranty terms, you can submit a support ticket to ICEE-EV for review.

Once your ticket has been received, our team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps. Where a repair, callout or replacement part is required, this will be quoted and charged accordingly before any work is carried out.

Please include as much detail as possible when submitting your ticket, including the charger serial number, installation date, site address and a brief description of the issue.

The warranty period begins from the date of installation. Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty does not extend the original warranty period. Your statutory rights are not affected. A site visit does not include a gurantee that the problem will be fixed. Multiple visits may be required.
