How can we help?
What is a standard installation?
A standard installation includes the supply of the EVO Charger, electrical protection devices including surge protection the installation of the charger on a brick or plaster wall, up to 15m of cabling, clipped externally between the distribution board/charger, a cable run through a single wall, and then the cable clipped externally, up to the charger.
All standard installations come with a 1-Year Installation Guarantee³, and a 5-Year Charger Guarantee².
I think my installation is not standard. What do I do?
If you think your charger installation is going to be non-standard, follow the usual booking and payment procedure anyway. Once we recieve the results of your survey, if our team agree with you, we will provide you a separate no-obligation quote.
If you decide not to continue, we will refund you the full amount you have paid.
How long does it take to have my charger installed?
An average install takes 2-3 hours. However, in some cases it may take longer. Please allow our teams at least 5 hours on site.
What if I need to cancel my installation or re-schedule?
When you purchase a home charger, you have a 30-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order if you change your mind. If you need to reschedule your installation, please give us at least two working days’ notice. For full terms and conditions regarding cancellations or rescheduling, please refer to your contract documentation.
