Pre-Installation Survey

Preparing for install

Once payment is complete, you'll be sent a pre-installation survey inside your order confirmation email. This survey allows our team to check your installation and ensure everything is standard. If they flag something which results in additional work, you'll be sent a no-obligation uplift quote which you can either accept or decline — if you decline, you'll be refunded for the initial order. 90% of installations are standard.
