How long does an installation take?
Most standard domestic installations take 4 to 7 hours and are completed in a single visit. Commercial installations vary considerably, depending on site size, the number of chargers and the works involved. These can range from a single day to several weeks.
So you install EV Chargers for both homes and businesses?
Yes. Our expert team are experienced across both domestic and commercial charging markets, with dedicated experts and continued support throughout the planning, installation and life-cycle of your EV charger/s.
How do I know you are the EV Charger installer for me?
We are OZEV-approved, NICEIC-accredited and a Rolec approved partner, and every installation is carried out by our own engineers rather than subcontractors. For domestic work that means one visit, one team, and your certification and handover completed before we leave.
Commercial projects are managed differently. Each one is assigned a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact, covering survey and design through to installation and ongoing maintenance.
Do you cover my area?
We install across mainland UK and Ireland, using our own engineers rather than a regional subcontractor network. Our head office is in Waterlooville, Hampshire, and we currently maintain charging across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
What happens after the installation is finished?
Your installation is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from ICEE-EV, alongside the 5-year manufacturer warranty on the Rolec EVO. If anything needs attention, you contact us directly rather than the manufacturer, and our support team handles it from there.
